These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Areej Fatima CRM (the "Service"), operated by Areej Fatima, a sole trader based in the Pakistan ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Areej Fatima CRM is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides lead tracking, customer relationship management, and related tools on a subscription basis.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

We offer the following monthly subscription plans:

• Basic Plan — $395/month

• Standard Plan — $695/month

• Premium Plan — $999/month

• Premium Plus Plan — $1,595/month

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Prices are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes before they take effect.

5. Free Trial (if applicable)

If a free trial is offered, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [your email]. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date. No partial-month refunds are provided, except where required by law.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload or store data you do not have the legal right to use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Your Data

10. Intellectual Property

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Areej Fatima shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our reasonable judgment, to be harmful to the Service or other users.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
